POSTAGE

When you place an order, you are agreeing to the terms on the postage and packing page. I only take orders from the UK.

PAYMENT

Payment must be by BACS or by cheque in pounds sterling. I will not despatch cards until I receive payment. If I don't know you and you choose to pay by cheque, I will despatch your cards after your cheque has cleared.

DELIVERY

If the cards you want are out of stock by the time I receive your order I will contact you to let you know. If any of your cards are permanently out of stock, I will not send either substitutes or incomplete orders without consulting you.

I will send your cards, generally by first class post, as soon as I can. If you pay by cheque, please remember that I need to wait to receive your cheque, and that I have ME and can't always get to the post office, so it may take up to two weeks between when you send the cheque and when the cards reach you.

If your cards do not arrive, you will let me know at least two weeks and at most four weeks from the date you sent your cheque or BACS payment.

RETURNS

When you place an order, you are agreeing to the terms on the returns page. You will not return any cards without emailing me first.

CARDS

Cards are not suitable for children under 3 years old, due to small parts which might be a choking hazard.

Some of the card materials I use are recycled and have small flaws in the weave: these are natural blemishes, not marks.

DONATIONS

I donate 50% of the price of all cards sold to Invest In ME, registered charity number 1114035.

I may donate to different charities in future. I will continue to donate to charities which fund biomedical research into ME.

WEBSITE

The information on this site is accurate and up-to-date to the best of my knowledge. However, I cannot make any guarantees about this. I will not be liable for any loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

I will try to keep links to other sites up-to-date. I am not responsible for the contents of other sites.

This site may occasionally be closed for maintenance or stock-taking. It is a blogger site so may also be closed temporarily without my knowledge by blogger.

YOUR INFORMATION

The information you provide me with in order for me to send your order is not stored in any database. I will not send you spam or share your information with anyone.

I will only normally contact you in connection with your order. I may very occasionally send you an email if I make any major updates to the site.

OTHER

I reserve the right to refuse orders. I am only likely to do this if I am not well enough to complete them. If there is a problem with your order (eg if the order numbers you have used are not valid) I will try to contact you to give you the chance to correct it, but I cannot gurantee I will be able to do this.

ME causes cognitive dysfunction so I may have to refuse orders or give you the option of changing them if I find I have inadvertently put any inaccurate information (eg wrong price) on the site.

I only sell greeting cards. When I use words such as "fish" or "tree" I mean a picture of these items. When I use words such as "silver" or "gold" I mean the colour, not the metal!
