If you change your mind
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. Please email me if you want to cancel your order.
- If I have not yet sent your order I will shred or return your cheque.
- If I have sent your order, you will need to return the cards unused and still sealed in their cello bags, in their original packaging. You will be liable for the cost of the return postage. Please obtain proof of posting when you return your cards. I will refund your money (less any postage costs I have incurred) once I have received the cards back in their original condition.
Please email me within 7 days of their arrival. I may ask you to return them or just to send me a photo of the damage. I may offer you a refund or a replacement (depending on stock as well as on your choice) for damaged cards.
